About MNFEA:
The Minnesota Festivals and Events Association is a nonprofit organization specializing in professional development and networking events for those in the festival and event industry. Our membership is made up of festival and fair organizers, event producers, visitor bureaus, city and local municipalities, event production companies, vendors, suppliers, event sponsors, tourism groups, students, volunteers, and more.

MNFEA allows you access to a professional group of peers, educations resources and tools to allow you to communicate and network within the industry.
Education:
MNFEA believes that learning never stops, that’s why we host monthly educational events including seminars, conference, behind the scene tours and other networking events throughout the year.

Getting information out to our members is important. Our newsletter sent out several times per year and is filled with information on our latest education program, upcoming events and other resources that will help you in the event industry. We encourage all members to offer their talents in writing articles or providing us with information on an event or product.

30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to have confidence when purchasing tickets through the Minnesota
Festivals and Events Association (MNFEA) point-of-sale system.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and at least 7 days before the event date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- To request a refund, email info@mnfea.com with your order number, event name, and purchase details.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from purchase, within 7 days of the event, or for no-shows.
- If an event is canceled, full refunds will be automatically issued. If an event is rescheduled, you’ll have 30 days to request a refund or transfer your ticket.
