Continuing the conversation about equality and diversity, MNFEA is pleased to welcome back Miss Shannan Paul!  Shannan last spoke to our group at the annual conference in Brainerd and she brings the live social experiment to a completely new level by making the results actionable to all of usMiss Shannan’s discussion on “Cultural Sensitivity for the Accidentally Insensitive" will use personal anecdotes and real world examples to teach the audience how to not “be that person” who walks blindly into awkward situations. Topics include:

History:

Why should you grab a book and learn some?

How do you identify and overcome them.

Conflicts:

Can’t we all just get along?
