Early Non-Member Rate – $375.00
Pricing through January 8, 2026
Student – $250.00
Must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school and studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Verification may be requested.
Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.

MNFEA Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by February 1, 2026 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person by March 6, 2026.
