Event Reopening and Safety Planning

It may seem hard to believe but sometime soon there will be festivals and concerts again in Minnesota. When the Governor turns that 'dial' to allow large gatherings, will your event be ready to reopen safely?

We know the guidelines for reducing exposure to COVID-19 - social distancing, wearing masks and washing our hands - but have you applied those safeguards to your event safety plan?  How will it work and what will festival patrons expect to see when they return?

For this webinar, we've assembled event panelists that have been safely working during the pandemic and can share what they're doing and planning for events this fall. We will also breakdown portions of the Event Safety Alliance's Reopening Guide to see if it applies in the real world.  If you haven't read through it, we strongly encourage you to download the guide prior to this session. It's a great resource and offers key operational practices compiled from event pros all around the country.

We hope you can join us!
