Sponsoring the MNFEA Annual Conference is a unique and targeted way to get your name and message in front of a broad range of stakeholders with significant purchasing power. Our annual conference brings together 150-200 event professionals representing approximately 90 organizations for two days of education sessions, networking, and numerous opportunities to create and nurture lasting professional alliances.

Sponsorship opportunities are open to all those involved in or those who support the events industry! You do not need to be a member of MNFEA to participate.

Welcome Bag - SOLD OUT
Gain exposure all weekend with our welcome bag! Bags need to be provided by the sponsor.

Breakfasts 
This opportunity includes signage on the breakfast stations on Thursday and Friday during the conference.  This is a great way to have signage and information near the stage. 

Lunches 
This opportunity includes signage on the lunch stations on Thursday and Friday during the conference. This is a great way to have signage and information near the stage.  

Hospitality Suite
Take advantage of this high-profile after-hours sponsorship. The suite offers attendees additional "offline" networking opportunities to deepen existing relationships and create new ones. Drinks and snacks are provided for those who like to stay up late.

Coffee Bar - SOLD OUT
Everyone loves coffee or tea! This opportunity allows you to have the all-day coffee station next to your exhibitor booth on Thursday and Friday during the conference. What a great way to stay top of mind! 

Event Shuttle - SOLD OUT
Create a fun atmosphere while attendees enjoy their drive to the evening events.

Specialty Breaks
Bring fun to our breaks! All attendees will receive a specialty food item for a morning or afternoon break! This opportunity includes signage on the break stations on Thursday and Friday during the conference.  MNFEA will work with you to create a snack menu and beverage.
