The 2024 Conference will be packed with educational sessions that address current and future challenges in the events industry, as well as business fundamentals and exciting up-and-coming trends. Thursday breakout sessions offer an opportunity for you to deep-dive into topics that are specifically relevant to you and your operations. Join us for both Thursday and Friday to access all sessions & get the most out of your conference experience.

Call for Speakers

Have a hot topic you want to share with MNFEA Conference attendees? Help us build a robust 2024 program by submitting your idea for consideration. Submitted topics will be reviewed until January 1 for the 2024 schedule.



The DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis - Park Place will be our host for 2024 conference activities, including sessions, meals, networking and more. Stay with us onsite to be close to the action and all the after-hours networking and avoid the daily commute!

We recognize that conference registration rates may not be affordable to all individuals and are happy to offer two ways for individuals to receive discounted access at just $100 per person to the 2024 Conference.

Volunteers: We have a limited number of onsite volunteer positions available. All volunteers MUST be available to be onsite Wednesday, March 20 - Friday, March 22. Online registration and full payment must be completed by March 15. Registration fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another party with advanced notice.

Students: Registrants must be a current student attending a college, university, or tech school studying event management, meeting planning, tourism, hospitality, or related industries. Enrollment verification may be requested.
