Overview
The Minnesota Festivals & Events Association (MNFEA) is seeking a dynamic host city and venue for our 2027 Annual Conference. This is a unique opportunity to put your property and community center-stage for over 100 industry decision-makers who plan events across the state.
We are seeking a partner who can provide a "home base" for our two-day educational and networking event. Key requirements include:

Versatile Meeting Space: A general session room for 175 (classroom or crescent rounds) with space for 15 exhibitors.

Breakout Capabilities: 2–4 rooms for concurrent educational sessions.

Networking Hub: A dedicated space for meals and a Wednesday evening reception.

Guest Accommodations: A competitive room block for Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Community Flavor: Suggestions for off-property networking (breweries, unique local attractions, etc.).
