MNFEA Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled by February 1, 2026 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled on or after February 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another person by March 6, 2026.

All opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and online registration is complete. Acceptable forms of payment: Check or credit card.
Sponsorship fees or vendor spaces may not be split with others.
You do not need to be a member of MNFEA to participate.
The individual completing this sponsorship registration will automatically be registered as a conference attendee. Please notify us if this registration needs to be transferred to someone else in your organization.
Each package includes an allotment of conference registration packages. Any additional registrations are available at the full attendee rate.
Exhibitor spaces consist of a tabletop display. Pop-up banners, signage, accessories, and other décor items are permitted as long as they fit next to, behind, or in front of the assigned area.
Exhibitor space will be assigned by the conference committee.
Additional exhibitor services such as power, monitors, high speed ethernet, etc. can be ordered in advance at the exhibitor’s expense.
